Kristie graduated from Athens State University with a Bachelors in Biology and Chemistry (pre‑med). She had planned to be an emergency room physician; however, by the time she got her degree, she had two little boys. She decided that it was more important to work and take care of them rather than continue her education. Kristie went into pharmaceutical sales.

During her time as a pharmaceutical rep she was seeking additional revenue streams and began recruiting on the side. When she was pregnant with her daughter and about to go on maternity leave, the company decided to no longer promote the drug she was selling and had a massive layoff. Kristie decided at that point that she would recruit full‑time and stay home with her daughter.

She has been recruiting now for 12 years. Kristie specializes in recruiting sales reps since she understands the industry and loves everything about sales.

‍Interests:‍

Outside of recruiting, Kristie loves spending time with her husband and 5 kids. They love traveling — especially to the beach, Disney, Vegas, and Gatlinburg.
