Kristine is an award-winning medical device sales executive with more than 20 years of experience building high-performing teams and developing top sales talent. Throughout her career, Kristine has held leadership roles with globally recognized Critical Care companies, including GE Healthcare and Ambu. Her experience spans the full spectrum of sales leadership—from identifying and recruiting talent to coaching, mentoring, performance development, and preparing professionals for career advancement.  Her extensive experience as a leader, coach, and mentor gives her a unique perspective on what it takes to build a successful career and thrive in a competitive professional environment.

Kristine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Communications from Villanova University.  She resides in Florida with her husband.  Outside of her professional pursuits, she enjoys staying active through a variety of fitness activities and proudly supports initiatives benefiting military members, veterans, and their families.
