Micky is an experienced and accomplished Sales Professional with extensive background and success in both Territory Sales and Regional Sales Management.  He has a background that includes selling experience in the Medical/Surgical space with a major surgical products company in the Wound Care field. Micky then transitioned into the Dental Industry and has over 39 years of Sales and Sales Management experience with two of the World Leaders: Dentsply/Caulk Division, and Ivoclar with the Clinical Product Division. He was awarded several times with Top Territory Manager awards, and Top Regional Sales Manager Awards.  He has extensive experience working both individually and with a distributor network. He understands the perspectives of both the company hiring, and the sales professional.

Micky has an undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon, and additional Teaching credentials in Education, and work on his MBA.

Interests:

He loves to travel the World, and spends time living in the Portland area plus the Dominican Republic.  His hobbies are Golf, Fly Fishing (New Zealand and Montana), working out and staying active, and reading about Psychology and personal growth topics.
